Some, however, will be more complex and require a well-crafted approach to create meaningful and lasting solutions. This workshop presents a nine-step structured problem-solving process to help team members generate meaningful alternatives and build action plans that get results. Participants are guided through each step of the process and taught how to use tools and approaches that have been field tested in similar organizations.
Audience:
Leaders and managers seeking to increase their organizations' effectiveness and to improve operational outcomes are encouraged to consider this workshop.
Format:
This one-day workshop moves at a fast pace and uses a combination of lecture, examples, and exercises to deepen and reinforce learning.
Instructor:
A member of the NISH National Office Services Team facilitates this workshop. The National Office Services Team provides customer-focused administrative, technical, management, and policy support to NPAs. The Services Team also provides training in all functional areas of expertise.
