Purpose:
No matter how well an organization plans and executes, problems will happen. Some will be small problems that require quick action. Some, however, will be more complex and require a well-crafted approach to create meaningful and lasting solutions. This workshop presents a nine-step structured problem-solving process to help team members generate meaningful alternatives and build action plans that get results. Participants are guided through each step of the process and taught how to use tools and approaches that have been field tested in similar organizations.
