Learning Objectives
Purpose:
This workshop sharpens managers' and supervisors'
skills in the crucial areas of communicating and
motivating employees to top productivity. It is built around
the "3 Ps:" Preparation, Performance and Pay-offs.
Audience:
This workshop is valuable for managers and front-line
supervisors who are responsible for improving and/or
maintaining employee productivity.
Format:
This one-day session provides a series of exercises,
discussions and brief lectures. Participants receive
hands-on experience that will improve results.
Instructors:
A member of the NISH National Office Services Team
facilitates this workshop. The National Office Services
Team provides customer-focused administrative,
technical, management and policy support to NPAs.
The Services Team also provides training in all functional
areas of expertise.
