ISO 9000
Learning Objectives:
Purpose:
This on-site workshop, based on NISH's ISO 9001: 2000 – A Roadmap for Successful Implementation teaches the primary requirements of the ISO standard. ISO is the standard most often required by the Federal Government for contracts with high quality requirements. The work and discussion will focus on concepts and exercises that build a strong understanding of how to implement the standard. Building and utilizing an internal audit team will be discussed as well.
Audience:
This course is perfect for any organizations that are interested in the basic tenets of ISO 9000. An extensive knowledge of the standard is not required.
Format:
This one-day workshop includes classroom instruction, group exercises and discussion to help participants master the concepts of ISO 9000.
