Hands-On Times Studies for Services
Learning Objectives:
Purpose:
This training provides the participants with an understanding of the time study process. This workshop prepares operations and rehabilitation staff to conduct time studies for establishing the non-disabled production standard and to accurately measure the productivity of employees with disabilities to these standards. It focuses on time studies in the services versus products (manufacturing) arena.
Audience:
NISH will customize the training according to the audience and needs. All NPA staff members are encouraged to be part of the workshop.
Format:
The format will be customized for NPA staff to provide the best training for a particular agency.
Instructor:
A member of the NISH National Office Services Team facilitates this workshop. The National Office Services Team provides customer-focused administrative, technical, management and policy support to NPAs. The Services Team also provides training in all functional areas of expertise.
