The Malcolm Baldrige criteria for performance excellence now contain
criteria for nonprofits.
The ISO 9000 family of standards helps assist
organizations implement and operate effective quality management
programs. Both options have overlapping concerns. In addition to the
ISO Roadmap and Malcolm Baldrige quality
