Lending Library for NISH AbilityOne Producing NPAs

The Lending Library provides resources that support the staff and organizational needs of NISH AbilityOne Producing NPAs with AbilityOne contracts. It currently contains video-based training materials on VHS, DVD, and CD-ROM; training manuals to support classroombased activities; and salary surveys covering the nonprofit sector.

Requesting Training Materials

NISH covers the cost of shipping the materials to and from the borrower. NPAs are encouraged to suggest new titles or tapes about subjects that are not currently in the library. To suggest a topic or DVD, please contact Lorraine Chan at lchan@nish.org.

Up to three (3) DVDs, videos, and/or training manuals may be requested at one time, and items may be kept for 30 days. Late fees may be assessed for items that are not returned, or are lost or damaged. To request a video, DVD, or training manual, please visit the Lending Library at www.nishacademy.org > Second Floor > Lending Library. Requesting a Compensation Survey Collection via the Lending Library

A set of compensation (salary) surveys can be requested through the Lending Library to assist NPAs researching salary data in the nonprofit sector. NISH covers the cost of shipping the surveys to and from the borrower. Each set may be kept for up to 10 working days. The full replacement cost will be assessed for items that are late, damaged or not returned.
