Distance Education AMA Self-Study Certificate Programs
The NISH Academy offers the Self-Study CEU Certificate Program in partnership with the American Management Association (AMA). This professional development program allows participants the flexibility to complete courses as they fit in their schedules and professional goals. Courses are available in print or audio format. Participants complete the courses on their own time and at their own pace, submit a post-course test for grading and receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for each course successfully completed. Participants can earn a NISH/AMA Certificate in Supervision, Customer Satisfaction, Quality Assurance and Human Resource Management.

Professional Development Audio Cassette Study Program
NISH Academy is pleased to introduce a series of new skill development programs developed by the American Management Association (AMA). Available for delivery on-site to any and all CRP staff members, these self-study courses on audio cassette can be used for individual personal development or for a small group of participants (four to five at a time). Each individual can submit a test for grading by AMA to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon completion of the course.
